This is how it works:

  • add the myPeaks Card to your shopping cart
  • enter your personal details and upload a clearly recognizable photo (portrait, without glasses, mask, etc.)
  • your personalized Key Card will be sent to your home by post (shipping only within the EU)
  • enter your Key Card number in your user account under “Manage Key Card” and load up your myPeaks Card online again and again!

Please note: Tickets can only be loaded onto the myPeaks Card after the myPeaks Card has been delivered and added to the user account. Tickets that have already been purchased cannot be subsequently transferred to a KeyCard! Please note that the myPeaks Card is not a deposit card and cannot be returned at our cash desks!

Please note: Tickets can only be loaded onto the myPeaks Card once it has been delivered and added to your user account. Simply enter the 23-digit code with seperator, which you will find on the back of your Key Card, under "Manage KeyCard" and you can load your ticket directly onto your myPeaks Card. Tickets that have already been purchased cannot be transferred to your myPeaks Card at a later date!
