What is the price for a multi-day ticket in the case of overlapping seasons?

In case of overlapping seasons, a mixed price is calculated.

The Junior Weekend Bonus - reduced price for children & teenagers on weekends - is also included in the ticket price for multi-day tickets.

How do I get my ski pass when ordering in the onlineshop?

In our onlineshop you can order your ski passes comfortably from home.

  • If you still have a KeyCard or a personal myPeaks Card at home, you can simply add it to your user account and load your selected ticket onto this KeyCard. 
    It's that easy: Simply enter the 23-digit card number, which you will find on the back of your card, in the "Keycard number" field and you can start your skiing experience without detours to the cash desk. Your ticket is activated directly at the reader (turnstile).

    Tip: Register your personal myPeaks Card or KeyCard in your account to make your next ticket purchase even faster!

  • If you don't have a KeyCard or myPeaks Card, you can select the pickup function and pick up your ticket with QR-code sent per mail* in the ski area at the ticket vending machines or at the cash desks. Ski amadé ALL-IN Cards and SuperSkiCards can ONLY be picked up at the cash desks or sent by mail if no KeyCard is available.

    *Please note that confirmation emails can occasionally end up in the spam folder. We recommend that you check these folders. In addition, all tickets booked online with a QR code can also be found in the customer account under “Order history”.

Do I need a KeyCard?

Your ski ticket is loaded on a contactless data carrier, usually on the KeyCard. This card allows you to conveniently recharge it from home in our onlineshop. For this reason, we recommend that you take your KeyCard home with you so that you can recharge it for your next ski day from the comfort of your own home. You can find out how to recharge your KeyCard under "How do I get my ski pass when ordering in the online ticket store?".

KeyCards are issued in our ski areas Zauchensee/Flachauwinkl and Radstadt-Altenmarkt for € 3,- deposit. Undamaged KeyCards will be taken back at the cash desks on site and throughout Ski amadé.
Exceptions:
  • Tickets from the ticket vending machine are issued without deposit. A reload is not possible. 
  • The myPeaks Card is a personalized KeyCard that can be used again and again and can be recharged both in the onlineshop and at the cash desks. The myPeaks Card is not a deposit ticket and will not be taken back at the cash desks.

Of course you can also buy your ticket without a KeyCard in our onlineshop and pick up your ticket with the QR code sent to you at one of our vending machines or at a cash desk on site.

What is the myPeaks Card?

The myPeaks Card is a personalized KeyCard.

Advantages:

  • personalized KeyCard in myPeaks design
  • no confusion of KeyCards within the family
  • easy to recharge again and again
  • more time on the slopes - direct access to the lifts on the day of skiing without a detour to the ticket office


Our tip: Register your personal myPeaks Card in your user account under “Manage Key Card” to make your next ticket purchase even quicker! Simply enter the 23-digit code with separator, which you will find on the back of your card, and you can load your ticket directly onto your Key Card or myPeaks Card and start skiing.

The myPeaks Card is not a deposit card!

How does pick-up from ticket vending machines work and at which locations are they available?

Once you have ordered your ticket, you will receive a QR code that you can use to quickly and conveniently pick up your ski passes on site at one of our ticket machines*. Simply save the QR code on your cell phone or print it out at home, scan it at the ticket machine in the ski resort and your ski pass will be printed out.

  • Zauchensee: World Cup Arena and Rosskopf lift
  • Flachauwinkl: Highport
  • Altenmarkt: Hochbifangbahn I


* Ski amadé ALL-IN Cards and SuperSkiCard Premium can only be collected on site at the cash desks.

Are there any discounts in the onlineshop?

Discounted tickets as part of the online early booking system can only be purchased online, at our cash desks on site you will receive your ski pass at a fixed price. Information about the online early booking bonus can be found under "All information about the online early booking system".

The Junior Weekend Bonus - reduced price for children (2009-2018) and teenagers (2006-2008) on weekends - is automatically calculated in the ticket store and included in the ticket price for multi-day tickets.

As part of the family bonus, the third child and all younger siblings receive a ski pass free of charge if ski passes are purchased for at least one parent* and the two oldest children (born 2006-2018). These ski passes can already be purchased in our onlineshop, the family free passes for the 3rd and all further children can be picked up at our cash desk on site. Please bring the purchase confirmation from the online store and proof of family membership.
*For the Ski amadé ALL-IN Card White and SuperSkiCard Premium, the purchase of a ticket for the parents is not mandatory.

Information on other special rates (such as groups of 20 people or more, people with disabilities of 70% or more...) is also available at our cash desk.

How do I get the Minicard?

Separate fare and transportation regulations apply to children (born in 2020 or later) depending on regional and ski area-specific conditions.

Ski amadé in general: Children ski for free*. The ski ticket requires identification and a photo and is available at the lift ticket offices on site. The prerequisite for issuing the free Minicard for multi-day tickets and ALL-IN Card White is the simultaneous purchase of an adult ticket with the same validity. Day tickets for Minis are also available at our ticket offices without the purchase of an adult ticket.

*Exceptions:

  • Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl: A Minicard is required and subject to a fee.
  • Filzmoos: Children accompanied by an adult ride for free. However, the following applies to the Bögrainlift and Rettenegglift: A paid Minicard is required for independent use and for participation in ski courses.

Important: Tickets for adults, children, and teenagers can be conveniently purchased in the online ticket shop. Upon presentation of the purchase confirmation, you will receive the free Minicards at our ticket offices in the ski area.

Family bonus

When purchasing a ski pass, the third and all younger siblings (children and teenagers according to age restrictions) receive a free ski pass. This is subject to the purchase of a ski pass for at least one parent and the first two children or teenagers according to age restrictions for the same period of validity.

IMPORTANT: The family free ticket is not available in the online ticket shop! You can purchase tickets for at least one parent and the first two children or teenagers in the online shop and pick up the free ski ticket for the third and younger children at the ticket office on site. Please bring confirmation of your online purchase and official proof of family status with you.

What is the Online Early Booking System // How does it work?

With the early booking system you have the chance to get your ticket online in advance at a lower price. Simply select the desired period and the type of ticket and you will see the best price directly.

Do I have to book in advance to benefit?
Discounted tickets are only available in the online ticket store. To benefit from the early booking bonus, we recommend booking your desired ticket as soon as possible to receive the highest possible bonus. The closer the desired ski day, the less discount possible.

Does everyone get a discounted ticket and how far in advance do I have to buy my ticket to get a discount?
The contingent for the early bird bonus is limited. In order to get the best price or a discounted ticket, we recommend booking early enough. The point in time when the contingent is used up varies greatly due to different factors, such as demand, the type of ticket (whether it is a day ticket or a multi-day ticket) or the desired time period (vacation period, weekday, etc.). It is not possible to specify how much earlier you need to book a ticket in order to get a discounted ticket. 

For which types of tickets is the online early booking bonus available?
The online early booking bonus is available for all multi-day tickets from 2 to 18 days and selected day tickets.
There is no online early bird bonus for Ski amadé ALL-IN Card White/Gold/Green and SuperSkiCard tickets.

Is it possible that the ticket will be even cheaper?
No. The price shown at the time of purchase is always the cheapest and therefore the best price. After that, the price will only increase until it reaches the maximum = box office price.

What is the best price?
The best price is the price displayed in the OnlineTicketshop. You can be sure that this will always be the lowest possible price for the selected period and ski pass.

What is the cancellation guarantee and where can I add cancellation protection?

When purchasing multi-day tickets in our onlineshop, you have the option of booking a cancellation guarantee with your ticket. With this carefree upgrade you have the possibility to cancel your ticket up to 2 days before the start of the validity without giving reasons and to get the purchase price of the ticket refunded. The cancellation guarantee costs € 2,50 per day and per ski pass and can be added in the shopping cart in the last order step.

Cancellation of ski passes is only possible if a cancellation guarantee was taken out at the time of purchase. A subsequent booking of the cancellation guarantee after completion of the order is not possible.

Cancellations must be notified by e-mail to webshop@zauchensee-amade.at stating the order number and order name up to 2 days before the start of the validity (without giving reasons).

Example: If the validity of the ski pass begins on Sunday, the mail must be received by Thursday 23:59.

For day passes, ALL-IN Cards and SuperSkiCards there is no possibility to purchase a cancellation guarantee.

How can I pay for my ticket online?

Payment is easy and secure via debit/credit card (Maestro, Mastercard or Visa), Pay by bank, Google pay or Apple pay.

To complete the online payment by debit/credit card, 3D-Secure is required. 3D-Secure protects your credit card payments at online stores. If there is no 3D-Secure on the card, the payment cannot be completed in the web store. If you have a Zauchensee or Ski amadé value voucher or a Zauchensee event- and experience-voucher, you can also redeem it in our online shop. You can find more information about this under "All information about our vouchers".

Which ski tickets include free travel from all over Salzburg and how do I get a ticket for public transport?

Secure your ski tickets and travel free of charge from all over Salzburg.

Free travel is available in combination with a ski pass valid on the day of arrival or departure from Bergbahnen Zauchensee. This applies to all hourly-, day- and multi-day tickets as well as the Ski amadé ALL-IN Card White and the SuperSkiCard Premium.

Once you have purchased your ski pass in our onlineshop, you can book your free ticket for Salzburg's public transportation system. Simply follow the link below, enter the ski pass number or the order number from the ticket store and download the ticket.

If I get injured or sick, will I get a refund on my ski pass?

A refund can only be made in the event of a sports injury, on presentation of confirmation from a local doctor/hospital and immediate deposit of the ski pass at one of the main ticket offices in the Ski amadé areas. The share of the refund depends on the purchase value and the duration of use of a ski pass. There is no refund for ski passes valid for up to one day.

I bought the ticket with wrong date. What can I do?

If you have selected the wrong validity date when purchasing the ticket, a new purchase is necessary. A later change of the date is not possible due to the system.

To cancel the incorrect booking, please send us an e-mail to webshop@zauchensee-amade.at with the order number and order name of the ticket to be cancelled and the newly purchased ticket. After checking the cancellation request we will contact you.

Which vouchers can I buy in the webshop?
In the onlineshop you can purchase vouchers for the Ski & Hiking Paradise Zauchensee and Radstadt-Altenmarkt or for the whole Ski amadé as well as event and adventure vouchers.

How can I redeem my voucher?
If you have a value voucher or an experience- and event-voucher, you can add it to your customer account under "Online-Wallet" or directly when ordering tickets in the order step "Review & Pay" under "Online-Wallet| Redeem voucher". Simply enter your voucher code, add it to your online wallet and use it to pay for all or part of your purchase.


What is the difference between Zauchensee vouchers and Ski amadé vouchers?
Zauchensee value vouchers are redeemable for the purchase of tickets in our onlineshop, at the lift cash desks in the ski and hiking paradise of Zauchensee, Flachauwinkl (Highport) and Radstadt-Altenmarkt, as well as in the catering establishments of the Zauchensee Liftgesellschaft (Gamskogelhütte and Weltcuparena in Zauchensee, and Highport and Bodenalm in Flachauwinkl).
Ski amadé value vouchers can be redeemed for the purchase of tickets in the onlineshop as well as at the lift cash desks throughout Ski amadé.
